In 2015, GrowthAfrica CEO, Johnni Kjelsgaard coordinated and led 10 delegates from Nairobi to Amsterdam. These comprised of two alumni Marion Moon, founder of Wanda Organic and Martin Kasomo, CEO of Lipisha.

The objective of the week is to connect startups and capital and create a space where startups and capital jointly pitch, meet and learn. There was an enabling environment to meet the goal through 20+ events, workshops and (crowd) funding festivals available in one week.
