Ethiopian ventures disrupting entrepreneurship in Africa

We are excited to be running our second accelerator programme in one of Africa’s most celebrated coffee producing economies, Ethiopia. The aim of this programme is to ensure that the entrepreneurs are given the necessary support to analyse their business, its reality and the obstacles to growth they face. This year’s cohort is comprised of 8 innovative ventures cutting across manufacturing, tech, nutrition, hospitality and edutainment industries. We are confident that each of the ventures will experience transformational growth and adoption of new techniques to sustain their growth.

To ensure that we maintain a high level of professionalism, we have a dedicated team of seasoned facilitators who are experienced entrepreneurs themselves who help the entrepreneurs understand our tools. Thereafter, the entrepreneurs together with their peers and the assigned Growth Catalyst begin working together on the process of understanding, analysing and questioning their business, its internal and external reality, the overall model and specific strategies.

Our Acceleration Programme is considered a success when these ventures can provide the employment and income generating opportunities that will create the social and economic transformation that is needed to sustain our continent’s path to wealth and well-being.
