The 3rd Ethiopian cohort in the GrowthAfrica Accelerator programme attracted 8 ventures from diverse industries: fashion, food, healthcare, media and marketing.
The cohort-based programme focuses on developing skills that the entrepreneurs require to scale and build their businesses. A series of workshops in the first 6 months results in building entrepreneurship acumen and developing growth strategies that are implemented in the next stages of the programme.
The entrepreneurs portrayed great dedication, willingness to improve and advance their businesses through the programme’s first 6 months.
We are confident that the skills they have acquired will positively reflect over the next few years as they work on implementing their growth strategies with support from our SME Growth Advisors in readiness for investment opportunities.
